In 2012, Wax Myrtle opened its first China office in Beijing. Wax Myrtle recruited a world class team of professionals to enable US emerging tech start-up companies to expand into the China market. The China office was opened to provide our clients a winning go-to-market strategy including the recruiting of premier channel partners, the localizing of all marketing collateral, and the training and providing of high quality pre/post sales service and support.
As the client base has continued to expand, Wax Myrtle China has now moved to a new office located at the international center of the Chaoyang District in Beijing. The new office is staffed with a team of experienced subject matter technology experts, business operations managers and pre and post sales support professionals. This team meets the needs of our existing clients and addresses our expanding business with new clients looking to develop business in China. High growth technology clients include ExaGrid Systems, Nimble Storage and Xyratex Division of Seagate.
"We are excited about the move of our Wax Myrtle China office as it is a reflection of the acceleration of our business activity" comments Mark Zhai, Partner & China General Manager. "Our presence here recognizes that our business model has significant value to our clients who benefit from our partnership-driven support that complements our global services."
The new Chinese team comprises: Mark Zhai (Partner & China General Manager), Peter Jin (Senior Counselor), Yan Shi (Senior Counselor), Jane Liu (Marketing Specialist), David Cui (Pre-sale), Ke Xin (Post-sale), and Zhang Yue (Post-sale).
